This guide walks you through accessing your account settings, updating your password, and securing your BuilderExpert.uk profile in just a few simple steps and Change Your Password.
- Log In to Your Account
First, log in to your Builder Expert dashboard here:

- Open the User Menu
Once you’re on the Dashboard, click the user/profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Access Your Profile
From the dropdown menu, select Profile to open your account settings.
- Find the “Change Password” Section
Scroll within the profile window and click Change Password.
- Enter Your Current Password
Type your existing password. If it’s incorrect, check Caps Lock and keyboard settings.
- Create a New Password
Enter a new password with at least 8 characters, including one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character.
- Confirm the New Password
Re-enter your new password exactly as before.
- Save the Changes
Click Update to apply your new password.
- Verify the Update
Confirm the change was successful. If not, check all fields and try again.
